After you order
An item is ordered on its own page for your country. A person from the shop then phones the number you gave and goes through the product, the address and the exact amount. The parcel is handed to the courier one to two working days later and reaches you in three to seven working days. You pay the courier in cash, and delivery is free.
Who stands behind it
Everything here — the website itself, its advertising and Google Ads campaigns, the buying, selling, shipping, warranty and payment collection — is run by one company: WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED.
The company built this website and runs it, runs the advertising and holds the advertising accounts, buys the goods it sells and owns the stock, takes the order, confirms it by phone, sends it out, collects the payment on delivery, looks after returns, refunds and the guarantee, and is the controller of your personal data.
Prices and paying
Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. There is no card payment and no payment page: you pay the courier when the parcel is in your hands, and nothing is owed before that.
